1-lb. Ground Beef 2 cups sliced Mushrooms 2 medium Onions, sliced into thin wedges 1 tsp. bottled, minced Garlic 1 jar Heinz Beef Gravy 1/4 cup Sour Cream 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce 1/4 tsp. dried Thyme, crushed 1/8 tsp. Pepper 2 cups Hot buttered Noodles or hot fluffy Rice Could also be served on big baked Potatoes In a large skillet, cook meat, mushrooms, onions and garlic, until meat is no longer pink and onions are tender. Drain well. In a mixing bowl. stir together beef gravy, sour cream, worcestershire sauce, thyme and pepper. Stir into meat mixture. Heat until bubbly. Serves: 4 | |
