1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened 1 (6.5 oz) can of minced clams - drain well 1/2 t pepper 1/2 t garlic powder 1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese 1 T chopped parsley (1/2 if using dried parsley)
Beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Add all ingredients and mix together.
Shape into a ball and refrigerate for a few hours. (This will help it set up and will blend the flavors).
